    Maintain accuracy and integrity of books via monthly balance sheet account reconciliation to 3rd party statements and quarterly payroll account reconciliation to federal, state and local payroll reports.

  • Review general ledger data entered by others for proper account classification on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis

    Quarterly maintenance of required Vendor and Customer compliance documentation: W9s, certificates of insurance, tax exempt certificates for retail and 501c3 organizations

    Annual creation and issuance of federal Forms 1099 and 1096
